candidate demonstrates strong technical and organizational skills and has well
developed interpersonal communication skills.
Our managers become
experts on our cloud computing software and are able
to assist customers with onsite and web-based product training and support
during their implementation.
Assists customers with product training at
implementation
Works with sales reps and operations department
to deliver a smooth transition
Collects data from customers as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to learn technical material quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks while
maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
Detail orientated with low error levels
Proficient in Excel
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong oral and written communication skills
