Guest Services Co-Ordinator
Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to facilitators and the Program Manager, and to assist the training facilities’ service team. Main responsibilities of this role include:


Preparation of course workbooks and resources
Co-ordination of course bookings and arrangements
Administration support to Program Manager
Assisting the service team to deliver exceptional catering, housekeeping and guest services

The Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Highly developed IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and Adobe suites
Organisational skills with careful attention to detail
Strong team skills
Friendly, welcoming and engaging interpersonal skills
Flexibility in works hours
