Responsible for all sales activities in assigned
accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service
delivery.
Prepare presentations and proposals; present and
sell to the Architect and design community
Prepare action plans and schedules
Identify specific targets and formulate
projections; identify sales prospects
Follow up on new leads
Utilize Caesarstone’s sales tools
Develop and maintain sales materials and current
product knowledge
Establish and maintain current/potential client
relationships
Manage account services
Identify and resolve client concerns
Prepare various reports
Adhere to goals
Communicate effectively both internally and
externally
Coordinate company staff to achieve goals
Develop and implement special sales activities
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in marketing events
Follow-up for payment collection
Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of
merchandise and services
Provide on-the-job training to new sales
employees
Update the Sales Database daily
Read architectural plans
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree, with an emphasis in Marketing
or Sales or equivalency in experience.
Ability to:
Persuade and influence others.
Develop and deliver presentations.
Create, compose, and edit written materials.
Travel and legally operate a motor vehicle
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally
acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and
three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional
appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work requires significant local travel to
current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state
driver license within 30 days of employment.
