Preparation of FIR's as per the parameters like quantity, quality & timely submission as suggested by TKM

The information of FI, SB's, TIB's to be shared with all Customer Service Staff & record the same
Follow SOP for investigation of critical concerns like “Fire Hazard, Airbag & NVH”.
Ensure availability & access of current operation manuals, repair manuals, bulletins & wiring diagrams organized by vehicle,model & year to shop floor.
Ensure service shop meet the distributor’s min equipment standard, including SSTs as per equipment guide.
Ensure the technicians have basic hand tools & equipment to carry out basic repairs & maintenance efficiently.
Monthly audit of tech basic hand tools & equipment for damaged / missing tools & report to the Manager Service
To schedule & conduct in-house training (MDPP) to the Pro Technicians as per the guidelines given by TKM.
Coordinate with front office for timely completion of all Technical Campaigns declared by TKM.
Ensure all technicians follow Toyota 10 Principles , 4S in work area & active kaizen promotion
Ensure the usage of all the protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer vehicle
Ensure all customers’ requests on the repair order are completed to high quality standards.
Skill Required
Contribute to customer satisfaction by proper & timely execution of diagnosis /technical concerns
Preparation of technical reports & timely submission to the distributor.
Ensuring the information sharing of TIB & SB with all concerned & proper filing of the same.
Contribute total technical support to sales, service, parts, body & paints & customer relation depts.
Ensure dealers policies & procedure standards are maintained all the time.
