JUNIOR BUSINESS APPLICATION ANALYST
Job description
Within the IT team, you will be in charge of banking applications maintenance and support, with a strong focus on Triple’A banking software. In this context, you will:
- Provide support to users, from issues solving to users training
- Contribute to business applications implementation projects
- Manage systems operations
- Coordinate with software vendors: perform daily follow-up of requests, test and validate solutions delivered
- Document our knowledge of the systems, including user guides, procedures
You will be in charge of supporting the users.
Candidate profile
- Initial experience in Organization, IT department or Consulting
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and personal commitment to achieving results are a must
- Experience on the following: Triple’A - Unix - Triple A scripting - Olympic
- Education: minimum Bac+3
- Fluency in English.
