Job Summary:
This position is responsible for taking calls
from the customers and responding to their questions, inquiries and concerns
about their specific communications products/services.
Job Duties and Expectations:
Responds to customer inquiries regarding
service, billing, equipment, features, activations, and/or changes to account
information taken via telephone, mailings, fax, or e-mail.
Informs customers about services available and
assesses customer needs.
Handles customer problems related to product
function or the replacement of defective parts.
Completes, processes, and maintains applicable
paperwork and records.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
Requires 3+ months experience working with
people and providing them with service such as retail or restaurant experience.
Must be comfortable working on a computer and talking on the phone! Any
previous call center experience is a plus!

Technical Writer is responsible for the
publication, development and editing of budgetary documentation and requests to
include Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Work (SoW), Metro
Electronic Action Documents (MEADS), and technical documentation. Qualified
candidates should have the following: experience in the generation of technical
documentation relating to the transit industry and government technical writing
based on talent management, learning and development, succession planning, and
the ability to develop written products independently and with little daily
oversight when given general and/or overarching requirements, excellent written
and oral communication skills.
Desirable skills and experience include the

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing projects or programs
with multiple integrated projects including defining, planning, and ensuring
execution of all tasks necessary to meet project objectives. Specific
responsibilities include creating and maintaining the project team

should be in a technical field and candidate must have at least two years of
program or project management experience in an engineering or technical
environment.
