Utilize the contingent man-machine at shop floor to get maximum output, ensure quality system, low waste and optimized utilization of resources at Pune site. Deliver quality product at right time in accordance with the business / customer requirement
Deliver the planned quality product & volumes with proper coordination with supply chain dept.
Verification of stock regularly.
Assist in  multiple audits such as statutory / EHS / Finance / inventory/ ISO.
Ensure timely updating of SAP entries in Production /QC , and thereby maintain SAP integrity.
Coordinate with on site supply chain to ensure on time order processing.
Coordinate with all shared service functions and plan activities .
Housekeeping of plant / warehouse. Verification of stock regularly

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor of Science
Experiences: 1 - 3  years

To Manage shifts , production management capability  and documentation

The Role

Billing & Administration Executive responsible for complete order management for WorldPayTotal, YESpay and Zinc customers.

Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

Performing order management for WorldPayTotal/YESpay/Zinc customers
Liaising with Merchants for missing information or order related details
Sending required terminal information to Banks and assisting in set up at their end.
Assigning task to Support for accomplishing set up on servers.
Providing relevant details to partners/merchants for setting the terminals.
Deal with the changeovers of existing customers.
Co ordinate with Internal departments to resolve the customer issues.
WorldPayTotal

Involved in setting terminals for WorldPayTotal clients.
Liaising with Gateshead office in completing the set up.
Assigning the set up to support team and providing the necessary setup details to Gateshead office.
Key Relationships:

Internal : Order Processing Team, Operations & Support Dept, Internal Sales Team, UK sales team, WorldPayTotal team, Customer Contract Centre UK team.
External : Acquirer:- Customers and Partners.

The Account Executive is a Field Sales role where the person is responsible for end-to-end management of a set of accounts for Dell’s Commercial business in India. The person would be responsible to drive the sale of Dell’s client, enterprise, software & services offerings in these accounts. The account set would be a mix of India based MNC’s, Corporates, Medium Business.

Key responsibilities:
·         Responsible for end-to-end ownership of set of Dell Accounts and increase the SOW for Dell in those accounts.
·         Leads the sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage the accounts.
·         Understand the customers’ business and solution requirements and drive sales by positioning of Dell value propositions.
·         Will carry a revenue and margin target.
·         Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account.
·         Develop and plan account strategies and activities for specified accounts such as, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new products, making sales presentations and negotiating discount points.
·         Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.

Role Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience in IT hardware / solution selling is preferred
- Sound understanding of client & enterprise products (desktop, laptops, server, storage, services)
- Experience in dealing with Corporate/MNC / B2B sales is preferred
- should have excellent communication skills
- Should be able to articulate the views and effectively interact at CXO level and clients.
