Our client is a highly regarded and recognised leader in Financial Services. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting experienced customer service professionals to join their adviser services centre.

As a valued member of a dynamic client services team, you will be responsible for providing superior support and assistance to both financial advisors and clients. You will provide support and assistance across a broad range of products including managed funds, equities, cash and superannuation products.

More specifically, your role will involve:

Taking inbound inquiry calls and providing accurate and timely information.
Troubleshooting and providing solutions to any queries or problems.
Building & maintaining professional relationships with advisers and clients.
Responding to email enquiries.
Relevant administration duties.
Initiating outbound follow up calls.

Successful candidates will possess tertiary studies ideally within a finance or business discipline, previous customer service experience and positive and can do attitude.

Candidates will also need to possess:

Superior communication skills.
Problem solving abilities
Enthusiasm & motivation to be part of a successful team.
