You will be responsible for the statutory and management accounting function which includes financial control of supplier contracts liaising with relevant management to develop business plans and budgets, this will require an understanding of payroll and taxation.

Equities Administrator
Banking & Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager.

Role Overview

Equities administrators are primarily responsible for processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions. This includes but is not limited to dividends from end-to-end, processing primary market instalment warrant applications, assisting Training and Relationship Managers, WRAP Administration and the WRAP Contact Centre with adviser escalations relevant to corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the ASX daily diary and update all relevant information to the internal corporate actions calendar as well as any relevant internal systems
Processing corporate actions, instalment warrants and dividends from end-to-end
Ensure all instructions received are processed and sent to the registry prior to cut off timeframes.
Communicate direc t ly with advisers in regards to any queries around corporate actions.
Providing support to the WRAP administration and contact centre teams with complex or technical issues .
Ensuring adviser and client satisfaction.
Participating in projects relating to equities/corporate actions
Maintain a detailed understanding of WRAP products and a basic understanding of all other BFS products and services.
Examine existing procedures and provide feedback regarding process improvement.
Preparing detailed reports in relation to compliance, complaints and escalation.
