Job Summary: Directs and coordinates office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and personnel and business processes by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication skills.
Versatility in working with analytical and financial data, including budgets, financial statements, and creative information systems tools and reports,
Present periodic reports on the current program, future opportunities and client issues.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customer.
Adhere to company guidelines for employee discipline and termination procedures.
Perform various administrative duties.
Handle other assignments as directed by site Manager.
Developing and cultivating relationships with customers.
Experience with client A/P, A/R, payroll and payroll taxes.
Provide sound employee relations practices in accordance with company guidelines.
Prepare written reports as required.
Remain current on all government laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the position, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervises central office services such as procurement, data entry, CMMS, HRS, asset and finance database maintenance, correspondence, reporting, reception, duplicating, filing, vendor / client communications and overall supply chains.
Negotiates purchase of related supplies, contracts and equipment and supervises receiving and shipping.
Issues appropriate purchase requisitions and reconciles with client finance contract criteria.
Negotiates contracts for maintenance of office equipment and other admin support services.
Supervises maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
Supervises telephone, electronic mail, software applications, and facsimile services.
Controls client inter-office communication installations and maintenance.
Arranges transportation and hotel reservations.
Establishes and maintains vendor databases for all office products and services.
Maintains all associated data entry and cost reconciliation of software system to promote transparent service cost reporting.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor's Degree OR related experience with ten years experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Strong commitment to high level service and quality standards.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop and lead a team.
Ability to plan, organize, direct and delegate.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of urgency; self-directed.
