Currently, our Automotive Glass Replacement
division is seeking an energetic, self-motivated sales professional with a
proven track record and strong customer focus to increase profitability and
exceed market goals.
This position will be based out of our Houston
facility and will handle the sales goals and objectives for the markets located
in Houston and Austin. The incumbent is
expected to initiate customer contact in order to meet and increase sales goals
while developing and maintaining positive customer relations, understand and
utilize various management reports, work with the operations and regional
management to achieve sales budget and action plans, analyze market
conditions/opportunities, initiate pricing recommendations, collaborate with
the credit department regarding collection of receivables, develop a sales
action plan for glass and non-glass products, and communicate sales strategy to
appropriate personnel.
A qualified candidate will possess the following
requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and three years outside (B2B)
sales experience; or without degree, five years outside (B2B) sales experience.
Intermediate level skills in Excel; proficient
in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, managing e-mail, and Internet Explorer.
Exceptional sales skills with proven customer
sales success with the ability to cold call.
Proficient in computer based inventory control
systems.
Innovative thinking and excellent communication,
interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to utilize multiple management reports and
electronic tools is essential.
