Develop/improve
standardized test data management processes/guidelines and QA environment
configuration; / ensure these processes are used throughout the system
development life cycle of a project.
In
this QA Analyst role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality management,
assurance and control, as well as testing and compliance services for software
products, systems and platforms. You will create blueprints and master plans
for defining and implementing test data management practices and QA/test
environments, establish and enforce best practices in the generation of test
data for cross-system integration testing, enhance fully-automated CI test
environment processes, and design/ implement load testing and performance
testing environments.
Requirements
include a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in MIS and a minimum of 5 years
advanced IT experience working within the full QA testing lifecycle. A
background in DBA, data development or data analytics is preferred.
Knowledge
and experience should include technical architecture, automated testing and
programming tools and scripting, data-driven automated testing methodology and
knowledge of information security and compliance concepts such as PII, PCI,
HIPAA and SOX. Must be able to perform multiple tasks of high complexity, plan
and meet commitments, identify and document defects and manage projects.
Additionally, must have strong verbal communication and technical documentation
writing skills. An understanding of the mortgage lending and mortgage insurance
industry is desired.
