Job Summary:
Provide a resource for capital structure analysis as well as the control, execution and settlement of derivative financial instruments used in the hedging of interest rates, foreign currency and equities. Assist in driving the automation of accounting, record keeping and effectiveness testing of derivative financial instruments and standardize analytical platforms and integrate data feeds into other functional areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Treasury analytics related to Foreign Exchange exposures
· Treasury analytics and modeling on rating impacts of various transactions
o Share Repurchases
o Capital Structure Changes
o Business Development
· Execution and documentation and cash settlement of Derivatives and ensure that derivative accounting, effectiveness testing, and recordkeeping meets FAS 133/FAS 138 requirements.
· FX Press and optimize its capabilities to automate record derivative accounting, recordkeeping, effectiveness testing and cash requirements forecasting and communication.
· Ensure that authorizations are secured per the Delegation of Authority and SOX compliance
· Perform covenant tests
· Assist in structuring hedges
· Due diligence and assist in the execution of Capital Market Transactions
· Ensure accuracy of content of all rating agency releases on our client’s business
· Preparation of annual ratings agency review
· Monthly treasury closing analysis

Financial Data Analyst
Job Summary:
Timely and accurate completion of projects.
Develops and maintains database applications.
Create and maintain report and database documentation.

Advanced personal computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications.
Advanced Access skills with ability to create, troubleshoot and enhance databases.
Basic Visual Basic for Applications troubleshooting and code writing skills.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Intermediate SQL/SQL server skills.
Reporting Services skills preferred.
Knowledge of Visio or similar diagramming software preferred.
Must be willing to learn internal and external applications from User prospective.

Application Analyst
Job Summary:
Responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of
administrative, financial, or clinical applications. Supports requirements
definition, process and use documentation, product testing, product trouble
shooting, product upgrades, and report development.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an
equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
Skills: Analytical ability to solve technical problems.
Competent in microcomputing including desktop applications, project management,
and communication and emulation applications. Strong interpersonal
communication skills to effectively interface with internal/external customers.
Understanding of information systems and their impact to customers.
Must be willing to carry a pager/cell phone and be available
for 24 x 7 on-call support to include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and
holidays. Frequency of rotation will vary depending on need/size of department.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with electronic medical records highly preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills,
interpersonal skills, and capable of functioning in customer service and team
environment required.
Experience working in a hospital or ambulatory care services
environment, with an understanding and familiarity with medical vocabulary is
highly preferred.
Prior Logician/Centricity EMR experience is highly
preferred. Experience with sql tools, programming background preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in development of content release notes and content
training materials.
Works directly with physicians and clinical support staff to
develop content specifications.
Participates in application release testing and
implementation under the direction of the clinical content supervisor.
Troubleshoots problems related to clinical content, working
with IS team, vendor and physicians and clinical support staff as required.
Develops, documents and maintains policies and procedures
for application maintenance under the direction for the Clinical Content
Supervisor.
