What’s the role?
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be primarily responsible for Level 1-2 support with some exposure to Level 3. Common tasks include resolving user issues around lower level network support, office moves, new user setup and permissions, software and hardware installations and general trouble-shooting. With 160 staff across 6 locations, your day will be busy and full of variety.
What are we looking for?
You will be qualified in Computer Science/IT with successful experience in a similar role. It is also essential that you have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, build rapport quickly and work with competing priorities.
Your application must provide examples your experience in all of the following mandatory areas. To be the successful candidate you must possess:
• Solid general IT knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Exposure to Windows operating systems, including Active Directory
• Citrix experience
• Systems experience
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong customer service focus with a desire to deliver and exceed expectations
• Well developed written and verbal communication
VM Ware experience would be desirable

Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is a key enabler for all pleated cartridge value streams. This position maintains and creates pleated cartridge specifications and provides leadership and technical support for continuous improvement initiatives and projects throughout the facility. Additionally, the position provides daily hands on support to all value streams helping to maximize performance on all KPI’s .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and create pleated cartridge specifications and Cad drawings
Provide technical leadership, direction and support for all continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with the development and training of staff members on standard work, new processes and products
Support product development initiatives and assist with the introduction of new processing technologies
Provide hands on engineering support for manufacturing operations
Process ECNs and IPCOs as needed.
Direct contact with Sales and Customers to provide timely support.
Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Required
3 - 5 years experience preferred
Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing Principles/Techniques
Proven leader with strong interpersonal skills
Experience with Pleated Cartridge Processes Preferred
Experience with or working knowledge of Injection Molding process
Knowledge of mechanical drawings and experience using a computer aided drawing system.
Effective communication and Project Management skills
On call as needed to assist with issues

An exciting opportunity for experienced 3rd line application support engineer has just arisen. This role will see you working for Healthcare IT company in their Central London office.
The role will work hands-on with hosted applications, carrying out maintenance, upgrades, new deployments and troubleshooting. The successful 3rd Line Application Support Engineer will provide support to customers and third/fourth line support to customer organisations on the use of the application.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Strong Linux skills, experience with Apache web server, infrastructure management tools (monitoring, configuration management, networking)
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts a distinct advantage as well as previous Healthcare experience
- Strong knowledge of Jave application servers or database administration
- Understanding the concepts of N-tire hosted application architectures
(web/applications/database), load balancing, firewalls, and related topics
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd line support of at least one different hosted application, having been through at least two deployments of new or upgraded releases of the application
- A Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
