Opportunity has become available for a Payroll Supervisor to join the company and supervise a small team.Recent experience working with SAP is absolutely essential to be considered for this position as is experience managing a large payroll.
Responsibilities include:
Supervises the daily operation of the payroll function
Oversee the maintenance of payroll records
Supervise and coordinate a calendar year-end processing of payroll
Oversee processing of payroll check exceptions and court ordered deductions
Enforce established payroll related policies, procedures and regulations
Review all correspondence being mailed from Payroll section
Evaluate and develop changes to the payroll business and computer systems and procedures
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
