Tivoli System Admin

About the Job


Tivoli Administrators OR Systems Administrator  familiar with any of the Tivoliproducts
Boulder, CO
Very Long term several yrs+ position
Start date is ASAP
End Date: several +yrs

Provide ongoing L2 and L3 problem determination and resolution support of Tivoli Monitoring products in a Linux environment; perform future upgrades and new installations of ITM. Experience with TSAM and ITUAM is preferred.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Desired Experience/Education: 
2+ years of experience related to technologies listed in Skills listed below

Preferred Skills: 
·                     Experience monitoring virtual servers with ITM
·                     Experience patching, customizing and maintaining ITM
·                     Experience supporting TSAM to include SRM, TPM and Offering Catalog Application
·                     Understanding of integration of TSAM product set
·                     Excellent teamwork skills; written and oral communication skills. Excellent formal documentation skills

Primary Job Duties: 
Job Duty 1 (50%) – Provide day to day operational support and problem determination/ problem resolution support for ITM, TSAM and associated products
Job Duty 2 (20%) –  Install, configure and patch upgrades and new implementations of ITM and TSAM.
Job Duty 3 (10%) – Develop, maintain & support operational documentation
Job Duty 4 (20%) – Provide support to Cloud project re: assist in the integration of TSAM, ITUAM, ITM and other products
