CRM Software Sales (will consider B2B candidates looking to break into IT)


The Role:
As a proactive Sales Exec, you will be responsible for building solid and long lasting relationships within a current portfolio of local and national accounts. You will be required to work with partners in india, generating new business by growing the number of customers. You will create and provide sales presentations of new technologies to clients and manage the account, liaising with partners to ensure quality of services.

Requirements:
• A consistent record of over performing against quota
• Around 2 years Software Sales experience in an in-direct/direct model or strong B2B sales experience
• Strong telephonic skills
• Existing record in working in a sales team environment.
• A demonstrated record of high motivation and activity levels.
• Experience desirable, preferably in a Telco sales/account management role.

Skills
• Prospect, Qualify and Close leads to opportunities
• Ability to manage a large volume of opportunities via a partner channel
• Ability to motivate the channel to close opportunities within a quarterly time frame.
• Demonstrated high self-motivation and self-management skills.
• An understanding of technology and the value proposition for customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• To be able to quickly establish rapport with, and gain the confidence of, clients key decision makers,.
• Communicate in a clear and effective way on business solutions.
• Ability to identify quickly the nature of the business “goals”.
• Excellent account management skills, disciplined work habits, the ability and willingness to learn and keep updated on industry changes
