Senior/Junior Executive Healthcare BPO

Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm seeks proven professionals.The candidate should have a deep understanding of, and experience in, at least one of the following healthcare verticals:
Revenue Cycle Management: Physician / Hospital
Third Party Administrators (TPA)
Healthcare Payer/Claims Processing
Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Healthcare Analytics
Spend Analytics and Healthcare Content Management

Requirements:
Should have worked major deals 
Must have vertical / industry expertise in healthcare providers or payers 
knowledge of strategic account management, sales/business development, project management, operations
Demonstrated successful track record in growing revenue & organic growth
Knowledge of financial and budget management
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to influence customer opinions and behaviors demonstrated in previous roles
Excellent ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: 
Leads and executes sales strategy delivery for inbound and outbound client business to drive sales 
results meeting client requests and activities ensure client satisfaction and achievement goals. 
Develop and execute client sales programs that incorporate agent performance results including helping to design and execute on training and selection criteria, incentives and recognition tools, and performance management to meet client expectations. Measures, reports and manages client satisfaction.
Ensures weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews are executed in conjunction with internal operations staff in sites. Understands and documents program goals, objectives and metrics and communicates them to internal operations.
Effectively researches, monitors, analyze, and reports program performance providing solutions for enhanced results. Provides values-based leadership, training and support through teamwork to accomplish common goals. Offshoring experience. Have previously led a sales call center.

Experience Target:
4-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience

Experience Target:
0 to 3 years experience managing large, complex clients and providing leadership in a multifaceted, fast-paced contact center environment. Successful experience designing/developing solutions and implementing/evaluating initiatives related to sales performance delivery. 

Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships. Develops influential, meaningful executive-level presentations with effective delivery. Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen. Flexible, adaptable, and effect change manager. Critical thinker with analytical and financial management skills. Effective computer skills using of products in the Microsoft Office suite.
