ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Recognition Specialist II, you will be responsible for Prospecting, Acquiring, Growing, and Enhancing New Business Opportunities.Your job is to spread the wonderful story of what our products and service offerings can do for organizations in the area of Employee Recognition.

Through your excellent prospecting, surveying, relationship development and presentation skills you will be measured and rewarded on your ability to meet our monthly revenue goals within your assigned territory.

You will work in a call center environment and be expected to meet a minimum call volume quota of 80+ calls a day.  Position pays an hourly wage during training then transitions to a base plus commission plan.

Schedule, shift, and hours may vary but will equal 40 hours within the timeframe the call center is open: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., closed on weekends and holidays.

JOB DUTIES: (Job duties include, but are not limited to)
Explore prospect sites for new business development opportunities.
Create a need / value proposition for Badville products / hi5 Recognition service offerings with prospective client sites.
Develop / manage a territory of accounts while meeting minimum expectations for monthly sales quotas.
Schedule and conduct web demonstrations to educate prospective clients on the benefits of our products, programs and service offerings.
Generate and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
Become an expert in one’s knowledge of Baudville’s / hi5 Recognition’s products & service offerings; while, mastering the art of translating that knowledge into accurate and meaningful solutions for our clients.
Ability to multi-task and function within Baudville’s key technology components: CRM & Order Entry Platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years Call Center / Customer Service / Sales experience is preferred
Desire to become a Subject Matter / Industry Expert in the area of Employee Recognition.
Highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills (oral/written),
High self-confidence and possess the ability to excel in a goal oriented environment
Excellent listening & relationship building skills.
Excellent follow through / task completion skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – experience on a CRM platform is a plus
Self-starter, solution focused, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
High school diploma required, associates degree or higher preferred
