QA Tester with BFS Domain Experience

We are looking for a QA Tester with BFS Domain Experience. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.


Responsibilities:
Creation of test conditions and test cases ensuring traceability to use cases.

Test data identification, creation and loading.

Assist in implementation and configuration of test environments and tools.

Liaising with BA and TM, participate in testing workshops to accurately capture test requirements.

Interact with vendor counterparts for test case and test data creation.

Test sequencing, test execution, defect management and results & metrics reporting.

Conducting periodic and regular testing reviews with BA and TM.

Escalating issues and risks to concerned stake holders through Test Lead / Test Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems/Finance, specialized training or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years relevant technical and business work experience as Quality Assurance Tester.

5 years of experience in defining test cases, executing test scripts, and providing user training and support.

Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Knowledge of Business and Quality Assurance Processes.

Ability to recommend Quality Assurance architecture procedures.

Involve in planning activities, ask questions and contribute to process and quality improvements.

Knowledge, Learning and Communication - Actively seek knowledge needed to complete assignments and share knowledge with others, communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner. 

Solid oral and written communication skills.

Solid Presentation Skills.

Experience with automation and performance tools like QTP & load runner respectively, is a plus
