Financial Accounting Clerk





Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Financial Team, including CFO, Accountant and Consultants.
* Prepare bank deposits, prints checks, and prepares wire transfers.
* Maintain the accurate record of all assigned transactions.
* Reconcile bank accounts.
* Prepares and process accounting reports and annual financial statements.
* Resolves bank account problems with various banks and financial institutions.

Education & Experience
* Associates Degree Required (no higher)
* 2-5 years of experience within an accounting support role
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word

Skills & Abilities:
* Good working knowledge of database management, spreadsheet applications, presentation software and document imaging
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through, including proofreading and editing skills, and presentation of charts and other data graphs
* Ability to understand and follow written and oral directions
* Ability to communicate in a professional manner
* Ability to prioritize responsibilities
* Ability to analyze data, think critically, create and make improvements
