Drawing from your consultative approach, you will utilize your active listening skills and exceptional communication skills to provide necessary information and support to Marketing Consultants in the selling of products and services to each customer's needs. Your prior experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment will help with your smooth transition into this role and your strong customer service acumen will be a key to your success. Your ability to navigate the Internet and your experience or knowledge of local search engines such as Google and Yahoo along with MS Word, Excel and Outlook will enable you to perform your daily customer support responsibilities as well as take on other projects as needed.
